Alternatives to buying online

Some individuals or organisations are unable to buy online. Here at The TrophyShop UK, that ISN'T a problem and we are happy to discuss your order over the telephone, and accept payment by cheque or other means.

Using the shopping cart to generate a sales enquiry

You can use the shopping cart to generate a sales enquiry. By doing this, you can assemble a comprehensive list of the products you require, which can then be emailed to The TrophyShop UK for further consultation. This is useful if - for instance - you are a large organisation making a large order, and you require a discount, or if you just have certain sprecial requirements which cannot be accommodated for in the PayPal payment gateway.

To use this feature, simply add your items to the cart, in the normal way. When you are happy with the contents of \ your cart, click the checkout button, you will then be shown the Checkout summary page.

At the bottom of this page is a 'Generate Sales Enquiry' button. If you click this, the contents of your cart will be assembled and forwarded to the Contact facility. From here you will be asked for some basic contact details, which should then be filled in.

When the form is submitted, we will receive a list of your cart items, and any special requirements you have specified. We will then contact you to discuss these requirements, and - if appropriate - alternative payment options.
